  My son is now 7 years old and this is the only dentist he has ever been to. That being said, my opinion and recommendation of this pediatric dental practice has changed significantly. I use to love this practice. Dr. Overton was always nice and polite and tried to chat with the child to make them more comfortable. They also had a game/movie room in the waiting area (i see why now) that my kid loved. The clinical staff was always polite except for an isolated instance that I don't think is significant enough to elaborate. Anyways, over the last year or so the quality of customer service has drastically declined. Our insurance changed and so when he went for his checkup and evaluated some work that needed to be done we scheduled the procedure and the nurse said they would mail me a "Treatment Plan" with our out of pocket cost. Weeks went by and I never got one. I called and left several messages, still no treatment plan. So I had to cancel the appointment because I never received confirmation of the cost. When I called to cancel the appointment they said "OK" and didn't even offer to reschedule. Just said OK and hung up. Finally a few weeks after that I receive the "treatment plan" with a handwritten not apologizing for the delay. So I called and they lady worked hard to get us worked into the schedule because it had now been FOUR MONTHS since the original spotting of cavities. So we get in there and low and behold, one of the cavities had gotten progressively worse, thus putting my child in more pain than was necessary. Anyways, my primary reason for leaving this dental practice is because the wait time is sooooo long!!! Today we waited for 45 minutes in the waiting room. We we came the last time we waited for an hour in the waiting room and then another 45 min in the exam room! And the time before that the wait times always extended past an hour. When I attempted to speak to the doctor today, he seemed very aggravated that I wanted to speak with him and when I told him that we probably wouldn't be back and the reason, he shrugged his shoulders and said "It's the nature of the beast, I have people waiting 2 hours to be seen". My response was this "Well, I will NOT be waiting like that any longer, we wont be back". He shrugged his shoulders and walked out.
  
  So the gist of my review is this. If you have all day to sit and wait and have good patience, this is the best practice for you! If you have a life and don't have time to spend 3hrs at the dentist to get a 20min cleaning, this is not the place for you!
